Portable Health Record Services (PHRS) is a Nurse/Physician owned company that seeks to establish a portable health information file network that connects hospitals, health care professionals, and health plans for the purpose of achieving a higher standard of care for communities. Our vision is to create a continuum of care record that can be used by all health professionals that will reduce medical errors, diminish the redundancy of health care utilization, and develop a dynamic health information platform that is highly effective, consistent, and secure.
